Meet Chuck

After years of chasing the ultimate small craft brews, something happened. No, I didn’t get a beer gut, I got religion ! Due to influence from some in the Whiskey Business group, I was introduced to a medley of whiskey. Sure, it started out slow with the basics of bulleit, crown royal, Johnny walker blends, and other various low end libations. As the group grew and matured, we started to elevate out pallets and rating the various delicious whiskeys. Then came Covid, happy hours went virtual and whiskeys became mail order (I think one of them ordered a bride too). So, we began ordering more middle to high end spirits cause, each of us were locked in their respective houses and had disposable income. The realization hit as prices were moving up, that we had to find those value bourbons and scotch (as for me, I’m still more of a bourbon guy). Thus, Whiskey Business was born out of desperation and near bankruptcy.
