Tyler’s life took a fateful turn when a friend at a conference exclaimed, “Tyler, today’s the day you learn to drink scotch!” That moment marked his introduction to Macallan 18-year-old scotch, a dram that forever changed his palate. Over the years, Tyler has explored various single malt whiskeys, but only a few have been marked in his mind as only fit for his most ardent adversaries. However, the escalating prices of single malt scotch have prompted him to venture into bourbons, each with its unique charm and diverse range of flavors. While never hesitant to try new whiskeys, Tyler will always savor a fine dram of single malt scotch on any given day.
