Our Concept
While there are many fine and glorious whiskeys that can be extracted from the drinks cupboard on a Saturday nite and shared with friends, this is not the purpose of Whiskey Business. Though we will consume with vengeance and glee an 18-year-old single malt provided by a mate, this is the mark of a special occasion, not a daily occurrence. Rather, Whiskey Business is a cabal formed with a specific mission - to explore whiskey value while simultaneously preserving as many greenbacks as possible. We are far more concerned with how to afford a quality dram or two on a Tuesday evening, and generally pay very little attention to highly priced, or prized, offerings. In short, the journey of Whiskey Business is to arrive at the intersection of quality, affordability, and flavor, and that’s how we define value.
